| Russell Lee is founder and owner of RF Lee Consulting,
specializing in air pollution meteorology and air dispersion modeling.
Mr. Lee has more than 44 years experience in meteorology, with 38+ years
specifically devoted to air quality and air dispersion modeling.
He was an active member of AERMIC, the team that developed the
AERMOD dispersion model. Recent projects have included teaching
numerous training courses on AERMOD, conducting modeling studies,
reviewing modeling projects, preparing expert reports for legal
clients, processing meteorological data sets for use in air quality
models, and customizing models for special applications.
